Privacy Policy

Account information: email address used to sign in, and any notification email you set.

Service data: monitored URLs, page snapshots and text extracts needed to detect changes, change history, plan and billing identifiers from our payment provider.

Usage and technical data: basic server logs (timestamps, request paths, approximate IP for abuse prevention), and optional Slack webhook URLs you configure.

Provide monitoring, change detection, alerts (email/Slack), billing, support, and security.

Improve reliability and prevent abuse (rate limits, blocked private network targets).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use monitored page content for advertising.

We use infrastructure and service providers to run PagePing, including hosting, database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), AI summarization (when enabled), and payment processing (Polar). They process data only to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users against fraud or abuse.

We keep account and monitoring data while your account is active. Snapshots and change records are retained to show history and may be pruned over time. You can delete monitors; contact us to request account deletion.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate for a SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

You can update your notification email and Slack webhook in Settings, cancel a paid plan via the billing portal, and stop monitoring by deleting monitors or closing your account.
