PagePing monitors public web pages you submit and notifies you when content appears to change. Monitoring is best-effort: we do not guarantee detection of every change, instant alerts, or that third-party sites will allow fetching.

Features, plan limits, and pricing may change. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated reasonably in advance when practical.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may only monitor pages you are allowed to access. Do not use PagePing to scrape personal data unlawfully, attack systems, bypass access controls, or violate a site’s terms or robots rules in bad faith.

Abuse is prohibited, including excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, scanning private/internal networks, or storing illegal content.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Polar (merchant of record). Fees, taxes, and renewals follow the checkout and Polar customer portal terms.

Free and paid plans include usage limits (for example URL count and check frequency). Exceeding limits may pause new monitors or reduce check frequency until you upgrade or remove monitors.

PagePing’s software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to URLs and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to fetch, store, and process that content solely to provide the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR MISSED CHANGES, DOWNTIME, OR THIRD-PARTY SITE BEHAVIOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using PagePing at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Disputes should first be raised with hello@page-ping.com.
